How it works

What We Do-
Once we establish a set up date, we come out to your residence or business and evaluate the situation by searching for all signs of mole activity in the location. After assessing the situation we setup traps in the most recently active areas. We prominently mark all traps with flags so you or your mowing service can easily identify them and mow around them. We ask that you do not disturb the mounds so we are better able to read your yard to determine where to place our traps.

Once the traps are properly set we come out every 5 to 7 days to evaluate the situation and search your property again for any new activity and set traps accordingly.

Pricing

We charge a one time setup fee of $229* for the season which covers the current calendar year and an additional charge of $49 per mole we catch. Call today (419) 304-7458 and we will set up a date to get started.

There are no charges per trip out.

We guarantee for the season. If within the same calendar year you still have moles there is no additional cost for us to come out and re-setup beside the additional $49 per mole fee.

*Yards larger than 1 acre may require additional cost and prices are subject to change.

Frequently Asked Question

If I get rid of grubs does that get rid of moles?
While most people believe that if they get rid of grubs they are going to get rid of moles. While grubs can be part of a moles diet, moles mainly eat earthworms, which are 70-80% of a moles diet. Only treat for grubs if you have them, not to eliminate mole problems.

Do you use poisons?
No, our technique is to trap the moles no poisons or any other substances are used to get rid of the moles.

Moles eat by the sense of vibration and the sense of smell so its hard for them to find the poison to eat.

Will the moles come back?
Moles can come back, this is why we offer a one time set up fee of $229 for the season. If we eradicate your moles and they return anytime in the same calendar year you are not charged a set up fee again. You would pay only for the moles that are trapped. If mole activity is seen in another calendar year, you are charged a new set up fee.

How many moles do you find?
On average we find 1 to 3 moles per 1 acre yard. Although every situation varies and we can’t guarantee that you will only have 3 moles at most. There is no way to look underground and tell you how many moles there are. There are many variables that effect the number of moles caught such as: soil type, size of yard, surrounding area (woods, wetlands, fields) and time of year.
